Log onto your account and go to the “My Orders” page.
If the product is eligible for return, and you wish to return it, click the “Return Request” button. This will open a window where you can tell us why you want the item to be returned. Once you’re done, click the “Submit” button. Please note that you will only be able to do this if you’re filing the request within the timeframe allowed by the seller.
You will receive a reply within 48 hours from the seller. Should you not, we will personally get in touch with the vendor and get back to you. Please note that not all products can be returned.
For ones that can be returned, sellers might request for the item to be returned to check for damages. In cases where the item has been damaged, the seller might get in touch with you to discuss the refund value.
