Here at Party Fairy, we have everything from balloons to elaborate five-tier cakes so the Returns & Refunds Policy differs from each vendor, and even with each item (it’s understandable you can’t return a whole platter of kebabs!).
It’s important you click on the “Shipping & Policies” tab found on the product detail page to find out whether the item can be returned at all, the number of days within which a return request can be filed, and all other nitty-gritties.
When it comes to refunds, the final refund value will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Sometimes, the seller might request for the product to be returned to him to evaluate the quality of the product. In any case, the seller will get in touch with you to discuss the refund value. As soon as you agree to the refund value, and the seller confirms the refund amount with us, we will initiate the refund within 72 hours – the amount will take 7 to 10 days to be reflected in your bank account.
In any case, should there be any issues at all in these discussions, let us know and we’ll sort it out.
Please note that made-to-order products and personalised products (link to article on MTO and personalize) cannot be returned. If there are any issues with these products, report a problem (link to article) instead of filing a return.
