If any of the following occurred with your delivery, depending on the product, you’ll need to request a return or report a problem so we can rectify the issue or issue a refund.
Log into your account and find the product on the “My Orders” page.
Click the "Returns/Report Problem" button and select the relevant issue.
You may attach files of up to 5MB, so we highly recommend that you take a photo of the goods that you had received. It would be helpful for liaising with the vendor.
The vendor will receive your message and confirm the course of action.
